How To? Connect your Shopify Store to our Catalog

You have two ways to connect your Shopify store to our catalog. Both will bring our products directly into your store with automatic updates.

Choose the method that works best for you.

Method 1: Install SyncLogic

Why SyncLogic? Because it lets us live-sync our catalog to your store—titles, descriptions, media, inventory, and updates—without you touching CSVs or manually creating products.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Shopify App Store.

  2. Search “SyncLogic.”

  3. Click Add app → Install.

  4. Approve the free 30-day trial, you can cancel it afterwards and you won't lose access to any products already synced to your store.

TIP! You won't be able to get new products or live updates if you uninstall the SyncLogic App. 

Subscribe to our catalog connection (the magic bit)

Inside the SyncLogic app:

  1. Click “Subscribe to Connection.”

  2. Enter this Connection code: 3WQ3W78F

  3. Settings:

    • Match products with handle on accepted connection (Recommended).

    • Ensure “Create new products when one is not found with your selected matching strategy” is checked.

    • Under Unlink Behaviour, select “Delete or Unpublish product”.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. Join our Slack Channel, and let us know so we can approve your connection.

You’re done. Your store is now connected to our Live Sync catalog. Products will begin populating automatically.

Method 2: Install Shopify Collective (100% free + auto order fulfilment)

Why Shopify Collective? Because it's 100% free, plus shipping rates are automatically synced to your store and calculated for customers at checkout, and your orders are sent directly to us for fulfilment—no manual steps required.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Shopify App Store.

  2. Search “Collective.”

  3. Click Add app → Install.

Connect to Our Catalog

Inside the Collective App, go to the Discover page.

  1. Search for WinsterCreations.

  2. From there, you can:

    • Import individual products with one click.

    • Or sync the entire catalog instantly.

    • No approval required—it happens immediately.

Which method should you choose?

Both methods connect your store to our catalog—you just decide which workflow fits your business best.

  • Use SyncLogic if your store doesn't meet the eligibility requirements for Shopify Collective, and you want full catalog sync with full control over what product data is actually being synced to your store, and don’t mind managing your own shipping setup.

  • Use Shopify Collective if you want to import only specific products (full catalog sync is also available) with shipping rates automatically calculated at checkout and automatic order fulfilment.
