  • How do I make a claim for loss or damage?

    We pride ourselves in knowing that our partnership with Parcelforce means we offer probably one of the most reliable parcel delivery services available in the UK today. In the unlikely event that your parcel is either lost or damaged in transit, you may be eligible to make claim by contacting us within 7 days following the date of delivery providing your consignment does not consist of any Prohibited, Restricted and/or Non Compensation Items. We have a compiled a full list of what’s not covered here:

  • Will my parcel be delivered if there is nobody to accept it?

    Unfortunately because we require a signature at the time of delivery, it will not be possible to deliver your parcel unless a signature can be obtained at the delivery destination. For this reason we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or any unmanned service points. In such cases the delivery driver will leave a calling card and return your parcel to the nearest Parcelforce depot. You may contact the local depot to re-arrange delivery or to make an arrangement to collect your parcel from the depot in person.

  • What time will my parcel be collected/delivered?

    All parcel collections and deliveries are scheduled to take place between 9am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) excluding public holidays. Under rare circumstances collections and/or deliveries may be delayed through events which are out of our control. In such cases you’ll be eligible to rebook your collection and/or delivery for an alternative day free of charge. Please contact us if you need to rebook a collection or reschedule a delivery. Please also ensure that someone will be available to hand over/sign for the parcel at either end of the consignment on the advised day of collection and delivery.

  • Are you able to collect or deliver my parcel on the weekend?

    Unfortunately at present we are unable to offer a collection or delivery service on either a Saturday or Sunday. All collections and deliveries will be scheduled on business days only (Mon-Fri) excluding public holidays which are also considered as non-collection/delivery days.

  • Are there any types of items that I cannot send using this service?

  • What are maximum size/weight limits for this service?

    Whilst sending a parcel using this service, please bear in the mind that the courier may charge a "Manual Handling Surcharge" (for which you shall be liable) for any boxes received through the network where all three sides total to an amount greater than 162cm (combined total i.e. length + width + height). The maximum weight limit is 25kg per box. We ask kindly of you to please ensure that your boxes are sent within these guidelines so to avoid any surprise charges or excess fees being incurred.

  • Can I send a parcel overseas or to remote areas using this service?

    Unfortunately at present our parcel delivery services are only available to destinations throughout the United Kingdom (Mainland only). Postcode exclusions also apply in some areas. We are unable to provide services to the following UK postcodes (IV,BT,IM,TR,HS,KA,KW,PA,PH,ZE).

  • How long will it take for my parcel to reach it’s destination?

    We advise that all parcels will be delivered within 48hrs (2 business days) after the day of collection subject to a signature being obtainable at the requested delivery address. Under rare circumstances a delivery may be delayed through events which are out of our control. In such cases you’ll be eligible to reschedule delivery for an alternative day free of charge.   • How do I track my parcel online?

    We’ll upload tracking information and notify you by email as soon your booking has been confirmed. You can also locate your tracking information by logging into your account and viewing your order history. You can track the status of your parcel throughout it’s journey online here:
