How does it work?
We can arrange to collect your valuables safely and securely with nationwide collections provided by Parcelforce, available 5 days a week. Once we receive your items we will professionally steam-clean (garments) then photograph (with up to 12 images) which includes final editing and retouching of every image to ensure that that every item we sell is displayed in the best way possible to achieve the maximum resale value. Once we publish your items for sale live online you'll be able to see them here on our website and we'll also include your items with worldwide shipping placing them in-front of millions of buyers worldwide.

How do you price my items?
Our processing team will use their years of experience to evaluate and research the potential resale value of each of your items and will aim to achieve the best possible price that they can. After all we operate entirely on commission and since we may never see the same item twice, it benefits us as much as you to achieve the best possible price. If you have particularly expensive items that and would like to price these items yourself, we allow you to include a price list/guide for specific items and we will ensure to price your items as specified.

How long does it take for you to list my items?
We aim to have all of your items processed and listed live online usually within two weeks of receipt.

What are your fees?
The rate at which we charge starts from just 40% and includes all of the associated selling fees incurred to us from major marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and/or payment processors such as PayPal. Do you cover my location?
We currently provide our Trading Assistant services to both Personal and Business Clients based within the United Kingdom only.

What are the most typical items that you will accept?
We will accept any Genuine item (including both used and new items) with a typical resale value of at least £49. The fastest selling items are typically Designer Clothing including Coats, Dresses, Tops, Shirts, & Jeans plus all valuable high-end designer products such as Handbags, Shoes & Wearables (i.e. Wristwatches incl. Smart Watches, Sunglasses & all designer-branded accessory products). We will also accept all high-end electronics such as Smart Phones, Tablets & Laptops including any top-spec computer gadgets and components, in both used and new conditions and with or without it's original box. This list is not in anyway exhaustive in respect to the types of items that we will accept. In most cases we will accept all saleable goods with an expected resale value of at least £49, but do reach out to us if you're unsure about something you'd like to send in.

Under no circumstances do we accept or sell any stolen, fake or counterfeit items and any such items supplied to us may be reported to our local police enforcement and/or trading standards authority. Our team actively ensures that all items received and advertised for sale are 100% genuine and any fraudulent cases will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Can you collect my items?

Yes, we can arrange date suitable for you (subject to availability - please see available dates using our booking form). Our collection service is provided nationwide by Parcelforce who will call to your home or business address between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm on a specified date. Alternatively you can conveniently drop of your items (must be boxed) at any Post Office branch nationwide. If you'd like to arrange a collection please use our Online Booking Form to get started.

Please note that due to sufficient demand for our services we may limit the number of boxes that you can send to us to just ONE LARGE BOX per booking. We consider a large box as having three sides which total to an amount no greater than 162cm (combined total i.e. length + width + height).

How much to you charge for a collection?
We charge a fixed cost of £15+vat per box.

Do I need to box my items?
Items do not need to be individually boxed, but all items should be securely packed into suitably sized boxes ready for collection.

Can I send my items to you?
Unfortunately you cannot send your items directly to us using your own courier service. If you wish to book a collection, please use our Online Booking Form above.

When will I get paid?
We issue payments on your account once per month providing that your account balance is above our minimum payment threshold of £200.00. Should in any case your account balance be below the minimum payment threshold of £200.00 for any given month, the amounts owing to you will be simply rolled over into the following month. You can also request a statement of your account online at anytime.

How will I get paid?
You can choose to be paid via BACS (Instant Bank Transfer) or PayPal (Instant Payment). Unfortunately we cannot offer a cash payment option.
