How does it work?
We can either arrange to collect your items or you can arrange to courier the items to our offices here in Cardiff. Once received, we professionally photograph, edit and retouch each image we take and then list your items for sale on eBay.co.uk. We include (at no extra cost) your items in our Sponsored Listings campaigns which means your items are promoted above others on eBay which substantially increases the visibility for your items online. We also include your items with worldwide shipping placing them in-front of millions of buyers worldwide.
How do you price my items?
Our processing team will use their years of experience to evaluate and research the potential resale value of each of your items and will aim to achieve the best possible price that they can. After all we operate entirely on commission, so it benefits us as much as you to achieve the quickest return at the best possible price. If you have particularly expensive items that and would like to price these items yourself, we allow you to include a price list/guide for specific items and we will ensure to price your items as specified.
How long does it take for you to list my items?
We aim to have all of your items processed and listed live online usually within two weeks of receipt.
What are your fees?
The rate at which we charge starts from just 40% and includes all of the associated selling fees incurred to us from eBay and/or PayPal. Furthermore, we charge the postage cost directly to the buyer. This means that unlike selling the item for yourself, when you sell with us you pay absolutely zero commission on the postage costs.
Are there any upfront costs?
No, there is nothing to pay until we sell your items, and you'll never owe us any money. If we collect your items via courier we will assume any associated collection costs in advance, this meaning that we will assume all risks associated with successfully selling your items. Should we be unable to successfully sell your items, we will assume all responsibility for your collection costs and you will not be liable for any costs whatsoever.

Yes, we currently provide our eBay Trading Assistant services to both Personal and Business Clients Worldwide.
What items do you accept?
We will accept any genuine item including Clothes, Shoes, Games, Mobile Phones, Computers, Toys and pretty much anything you can find for sale on eBay today, although we may be unable to take stock of certain items due to their Size and/or Weight. This may also include items which are against eBay policy to sell, items which are unbranded or have no indication of a brand or manufacturer name, items which are damaged beyond repair, or simply items which are deemed to be below a Grade D Condition (see definition) and/or are extremely unlikely to be sold on the marketplace.

All other items will be preliminary accepted and will be reviewed by the processing team on an "item-by-item" basis, and at the time of processing. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept/sell any stolen, fake or counterfeit items and any such items supplied to us may be reported to our local police enforcement and/or trading standards authority. Our team actively ensures that all items received and advertised for sale on our eBay Storefront are 100% genuine and any fraudulent items will be rejected.

Yes, we can arrange date suitable for you and we can either arrange a collection by Parcel Force who will call to your home or business address between the hours of 9am - 5pm on a pre-agreed date, or alternatively, you may wish to use our Drop Off @ Post Office Service (printer required) whereby you can conveniently take your boxes and drop them off at your local Post Office branch. If you'd like to provide us with your postcode, we will be happy to confirm for you where your nearest Post Office is located. If you'd like to arrange a collection (to your home or business address), please use our Online Booking Form to get started.
Please note that due to volume of items that we receive on a weekly basis we limit the number of boxes that you can send us to TWO Large Boxes per Client, per fortnight (must allow 14 days between each booking/shipment). We consider a large box as having three sides which total to an amount no greater than 162cm (combined total i.e. length + width + height). This simply means that whilst we are indeed happy to accept and sell all of the items that you have available, to ensure that we are able to process items for our Clients in a timely manner (i.e. within two weeks) we to limit the number of boxes that are being sent per shipment.
How much to you charge for a collection?
We charge a flat-rate of £8.27+vat per box with no upfront cost. We simply apply the collection charge to your reimbursement invoice (i.e. future sale proceeds) which eliminates any upfront costs for you. Collection is FREE when you accept our Instant Buy Offer.
What is an Instant Buy Offer?
An Instant Buy Offer is an option to get paid for your stuff instantly. We'll send an Instant Buy Offer for your stuff (valid for 7 days) as soon as your items go live on eBay. If accepted, we'll transfer the funds to your account the very same day.
Do I need to box my items?
Items do not need to be individually boxed, but all items should be securely packed into suitably sized boxes ready for collection.
Can I send my items to you?

Do you have a drop off centre?
Yes, you can drop off your items in person at our offices located at; Jason Carl Morgan Limited, 483 Cowbridge Road West, The Van Bank, Cardiff, CF5 5TG, United Kingdom. Our offices are open between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
When will I get paid?
We issue payments on your account once per month (usually on 14th of each month) providing that your account balance is above our minimum payment threshold of £20.00. Should in any case your account balance be below the minimum payment threshold of £20.00 for any given month, the amounts owing to you will be simply rolled over into the following month. You can also request a statement of your account online at anytime.
How will I get paid?
You can choose to be paid via BACS (Instant Bank Transfer) or PayPal (Instant Payment).
