How to Send Dropship or Print On Demand Orders?
Ordering via the website
If you're just starting out, the simplest way to place your dropshipping or print-on-demand orders with us is to order the product directly from our website.
1. Find the product on our website using our Search Function, or locate it in our price-list.
2. Add Personalisation (if applicable) and upload your Shipping Label.
3. Tap ADD TO ORDER, then checkout and pay.
TIP! If we don't receive a shipping label from you, you will be charged a Dropship Fee. See our price-list for more information about these fees. If you didn't upload your shipping label during Step 2, simply use our Send Order Information form to send us your Shipping Label.
How to send Bulk Orders with a File Upload?
Use our Upload Orders form to send us your orders in bulk via file upload by downloading a (CSV/TXT) file containing your order data from the marketplace or platform directly. This form enables you to send multiple orders with a single file upload, saving you both time and effort.
1. Go to your Account to access our Retailer App.
2. Use the Upload Orders form to send us your orders in bulk via file upload.
TIP! If any of your orders require personalisation, please submit this data separately using our Send Order Information form after submitting your order files.
How to Send Order Information for Individual Orders?
You can send us your order information for single orders using our Send Order Information form instead.
1. Go to your Account to access our Retailer App.
2. Use the Send Order Information form to send us your order information for single orders.
How to send Print On Demand Orders?
1. Go to your Account to access our Retailer App.
2. Use the Upload Orders form to send us your orders in bulk via file upload, or use the Send Order Information form to send us your order information for single orders.
3. Send us your print-on-demand artwork at the same time using our Send Order Information form.
TIP! You can send us examples of your product mockups using this same form. This helps us to visualize your finished product and prepare, size and align your POD Artwork for print.
TIP! To avoid having to send the same artwork over and over again, consider submitting your designs to our Sell My Art program and earn a commission each time your design is sold in our stores.
Using your own shipping labels
In most cases, you will keep more profit per order when you purchase and send us your own shipping labels for your orders. You can purchase your own shipping labels on most platforms and effortlessly send them to us with your orders using both our Upload Orders or Send Order Information forms.
We don't charge a dropship-fee when you purchase your own labels.
Ship your orders with your preferred carrier
You are welcome to use any shipping carrier that you choose for both your domestic and/or international shipments. We typically recommend using either Royal Mail or EVRi for most shipments.
Where to buy your own shipping labels?
To get the best rates, you should buy shipping labels directly from the platform on which you sold the item. If that's not an option, you can otherwise use the following providers to easily generate shipping labels for your orders.
