The Importance of Communicating Your NextDay Shipping Orders

To help us ensure that your NextDay Shipping Orders are always dispatched on-time, we ask that you communicate this with us each time your Buyer pays a premium for our NextDay Shipping option.

You should communicate this with us via our Seller Support Channel (on Slack).

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your NextDay Shipping Orders are identified as quickly as possible from our end, nothing is more definitive than having our Merchant's communicate and highlight the fact that they have a NextDay Shipping Order. We receive hundreds of orders per-day and because these can come from a multitude of channels and delivered to us in bulk through CSV or TXT type file uploads, our system cannot identify your NextDay Shipping Orders until your files have been imported into our system.

For this reason we stress the importance of letting us know if your order reports/upload files contain any NextDay Shipping Orders so that we can ensure these files are processed early enough to meet the delivery expectations of your customer orders.

For those of you who don't know, our NextDay Shipping option (also known as our Royal Mail Tracked 24 option) is a guaranteed service within 24hrs and customers paying a premium for such will expect to receive their goods the following day.

NextDay is known as "Next Business Day" and can be guaranteed if your customer places an order before 2PM. The option should be available and setup on your existing listings as "1-Day Shipping" or "Premium Shipping" via Amazon, and as "Royal Mail Tracked 24" via eBay. If you haven't already you can add NextDay Shipping options to your existing Shipping Profiles. It's a recommended upgrade for those wanting to receive their purchases the following day.
